ICD Brookfield Place is a striking crystalline glass office tower in Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC). Designed by architects Foster + Partners, the building takes on the form of a sharp prismatic structure, with the minimalist elegance of the facade’s appearance transforming in synchronisation with the Sun’s position in the sky.
The development features a 53-storey tower containing over 900,000 ft² of office space, seven basement levels capable of accommodating 2,700 vehicles, and an adjacent five-storey 150,000 ft² retail centre. The two buildings are connected by pedestrian walkways, with a number of features that place ICD Brookfield Place firmly at the forefront of modern urban office design. The development is on target to achieve a LEED Gold rating, a rating awarded to buildings that show an exemplary understanding of green design principles.
